Bodybuilding Workouts - Welcome Post

I am Nick Clipton.
I have been into bodybuilding for long time now and I am the lead writer and founder of one of the most recommended bodybuilding website - buildingbodymuscles.com

I created this blog separate to my main site because I want to dedicate it solely to the workout sections. You will be finding plenty of videos here that I collected from various sites like Youtube. These videos focus on doing the exercises in the right manner.
